Totally unprofessional Totally unprofessional! Stay away! My experience with Petra Pro was abysmal, and that is being nice. I ordered full packing service. The packers arrived at my home in Maryland and did a HORRIBLE job packing my items. Most importantly, they did not label any boxes, so it was impossible to take any kind of inventory. It was also impossible to determine what boxes went where. Upon arrival, the team made no effort to put my belongs in the rooms where they belonged. Instead, they just threw items in my garage, and anywhere else they could. The team in Maryland left a mess in my home there including pizza boxes, empty bottles and other garbage. Bottom line, this is not a professional organization and should not be trusted with your business.

They lost part of our belongings They lost part of our belongings - charged us for 70 boxes, we only received 40 back. Another part of our belongings arrived broken because the boxes were severely damaged. They made my husband sign a settlement and remove his bad review and promised to pay for our claim on top of settlement. When i called claims department i was told that we were already paid and the claim was closed. I do not recommend using this company.
