Mike, who guided us throughout the moving process, deserves special recognition. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He guided us through every step of the way, explaining all the intricacies of the move and patiently addressing all our questions (to be fair there were many). What really stood out was his genuine empathy—he listened to our needs and ensured that every question was answered comprehensively. Mike's effort to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience was evident from the very beginning. The move itself was flawless although my parents forgot to list a few things in the inventory. He answered the phone on a Saturday to help us out. The furniture was transported from Miami to Texas without a single hitch. I made sure to wait until the furniture arrived before leaving this review to ensure I could be as accurate as possible. Now that everything is in place, I can confidently say that this company is very good. Their commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart from the rest. The team handled all of my items with care. The move was delayed 5 days which put a little bit of a bump in the road but was still a very good experience!

Thanks to the amazing lads! This was the second time we had used this moving company. Both times they were helpful in arranging logistics and did a fantastic job on the day. The team that did all the work was extremely sweet and nice, also they did there job perfectly!!!!

Kody, Sarah, and manager Adriel double talk, send incorrect paperwork several times to add confusion, and act like they sincerely care and will do the right thing. Straight shooters, decent folks etc, and they are outright criminals. They have no relationship with actual moving company, and/or storage facility. Basically they LIED about entire transaction AND assumed no respoasability for anything. Quote 1,860. actual cost 4,200.STAY AWAY.The Actual moving company was a nightmare as well. will be contacting Better Business Bureau, All social medial platforms, Instagram, COMPANY THAT holds their business licenses. legal counsel of course. This comany MUST BE STOPPED. They can not take advantage of people this way. I'm a kind senior very caring cool lady that was devastated emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially by this company. Shame on all of you. Your a disgrace to Humans and so fake.. Thank you to everybody involved! The delivery of our things was handled very efficiently. Communications were pretty good and the delivery of the van was on time. In fact, the driver arrived 30 minutes early. The unloading crew were also there in good time and ahead of schedule. They all worked very hard, were very obliging and prepared to work with us on whatever was required. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
