MyPorter was totally awesome MyPorter was totally awesome. Came to the house, picked up stuff, moved large items safely into their new temp home at their facility. Then, when needed, it all came back in 100% perfect condition. Would recommend this over the on-premise storage units or the PODs.

Khiry and Jordan Made Our Lives Easier Khiry and Jordan were phenomenal! Honestly and truly made our moving experience so much easier than I was expecting. And to be honest, I was dreading this day more than I care to admit, but it was so easy with the help we got. I would 110% recommend them for any job because they were completely professional and great! I can not recommend this moving service enough!

Missing majority of my possessions Do NOT...I REPEAT do not store you belongings with MyPorter storage! I had an account with their company for two years with a storage unit for the size of a(n) one bedroom apartment. I requested for my entire unit to be delivered to me last month. I only received my couch, chair, end tables, one lamp, and half of my TV stand. I told their movers majority of my things were missing and their OWN employees admitted the company has many complaints for the same issue. They are known for poor management and storing clients' possessions in multiple units due to lack of space. Prior to the delivery, their 'famous' online visual tool to see EACH item in your unit has been down for over a year due to new management and system. I filed a claim and still haven't received a resolution from their department on how/when I will be compensated for the rent I paid plus my missing belongings.

Best storage/moving company I've ever dealt with Best option in all of Atlanta for storage and moving, by far. Only company that truly puts the customer first at all times. No complaints at all, professional, honest, and hardworking. Everybody should use MyPorter for any storage/moving needs. Really superb product and people from start to finish.
