They made us aware of the protective measures they had in place and the movers gloved up on arrival and maintained a distance. Would definitely use again.

Recommended! The movers were very courteous and helpful. The foreman went over all terms that were given to me over the phone by Alex, and the movers immediately got down to business. The guys worked their ass off and managed to complete my move under the estimated time.

Mediocre, overpriced. Fake Google reviews on their profile. To give a fair review to High End Movers, we used their service to move from Texas to Arizona. They are really efficient up to the point where they get your deposit. After that your agent is completely helpless and keeps guiding you to unresponsive company contacts. The cargo will be picked up later than what they promised and they will not guarantee the delivery date or even tell you where your things are. They make you pay a portion of cost in cash which is shady. The organization's management, logistics and customer service are highly disorganized with no one in touch with customers knowing where their things are or when will they be moved. They hire local companies and charge high commission. They don't pay their employees well and over work them. I suggest organizing your move using either a different company or hiring multiple local firms instead of giving your hard earned money to these middle men.

Highly recommended! I was using movers for the first time and my friend recommend me to call these movers for moving process. The people were very nice. I was very stressed but they cleared all our difficulties and gave us all information about the moving process. Because of their given details my moving process was stress free.

Use A Different Company Looking at some of these 5-star reviews I can't help but think they're fake, because this was the worst company I've ever dealt. I moved from Colorado to Massachusetts and it was disastrous working with this company. Maybe it's a Colorado thing, and they're somehow decent in Texas, but I doubt it. Ultimately what makes the company so horrible is their professionalism and customer service. Pre them picking up my stuff, they were super attentive and responsive. Once they picked my stuff up, I couldn't get ahold of a single person to get any sort of update. My original sales person refused to answer/return my calls and emails and the dispatch number they gave me never got answered either. Whatever date you ask things to be delivered, means they do not leave their storage facility until that day, so at the very best they won't deliver your stuff until a week after your desired date. When they try to deliver your stuff, you have to be there for that date or they charge you $500 a day. This happened to me, as I was out of the state for a family emergency and they simply don't care. Knowing I never have to deal with this company again, truly makes me happier, and if I can prevent one person going through the same thing I did, this will be worth the review. Please look elsewhere, there are much better companies. This company is truly horrendous to work with.
