GBI've contacted your Claims Department… I've contacted your Claims Department and got excuses. This company does not respond to complaints and has no interest in resolving the dispute. Charging me for items I didn't even own doesn't seem to matter to them.

GBBooked a move well in advance Booked a move well in advance, original point of contact was great and everything was setup. I knew I had a 30 day clause that would cost me my deposit should I need to cancel. Life happened, had to cancel due to family needs. Tried to cancel, couldn’t reach my contact, tried emailing no response tried calling and I was given the run around and had to call back multiple times over two weeks. Finally heard back from someone the day after my 30 day cancellation notice would’ve been required. Lost the full deposit due to their games. Thanks for screwing over a disabled military vet, who needed to cancel to take care of a family member. Shady and morally compromised.
