Efficient, reliable, great value, nice people Efficient, great value, and reliable. I have worked with dumbo twice now — once from Philly to NYC and this year from NYC to San Diego. Both times, I have been blown away by the friendly and efficient moving service. Sales is very helpful and responsive. The teams of movers on the day of are consistently on time, extremely fast and very kind. The movers even helped us to pack extra stuff and throw away trash. During storage both times, we had to change our delivery address and the customer service has been super helpful in making adjustments. We couldn’t recommend Dumbo more for both short and long distance moves.

Highly recommend dumbo! They were on time, very careful with our items and even came early to the delivery spot on a long distance move. They packed our fragile items very carefully and thoroughly and were personable and reliable. They were great. Definitely recommend for any move including a long distance move when stress is High. They also went to 2 locations to pack items into the truck- from our apartment and storage unit.Thanks again dumbo for making this process less stressful for us!

Great service. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to help me get organized so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. They do this all day so it’s nothing to them but when it’s your home it’s different. The crew was very respectful and was sure to ask questions when they were unsure about something. That’s a much better alternative than my things getting jacked up.

Numerous moving businesses need to be… Numerous moving businesses need to be looked into, not only for illegal activity like theft but also for willful and egregious neglect. The phrase "the good, the terrible, and the ugly" refers to moving companies rather than a cowboy film. Not the case with Dumbo Moving and Storage.

Not up front about pricing So the salesman I had was pleasant enough, after getting to my house I had 5 extra boxes- that cost me $500.00 - a hundred dollars a box, very over priced....I started with a quote @ $1650.00, ended $2100.00 not up front about anything. Needed a shuttle truck, which shouldn't be the customer's problem, fine print is something that should be discussed. Also had a end table damaged, worth $75.00 , gave me $40.00 for the damaged piece.... Movers them self are very professional.
