GBFrank Furio at AptAmigo is the best! Frank Furio at AptAmigo is the absolute best! I contacted him on Wednesday with my non-negotiables for my next apartment. By Saturday we found my home within my budget after touring a few places. When we toured, he was intentional with every tiny detail down to where I would stage my plants and save on parking. He ubered us everywhere and even bought us drinks between tours and walked the neighborhood with us to get a feel for it - There’s absolutely no agent fees to work with AptAmigo in Chicago so it truly felt like I was touring with a great friend.
