Thankful that this company exists! I needed to pack and move my 1 bedroom apartment from Manhattan to Charlotte. I was shopping for movers and comparing quotes and got to TB Moving. My sales rep Peter gave me a quote and was very knowledgeable and transparent with how everything works, so I decided to go with TB. My building asked for a COI when moving out and Brandon got it to me within 15 minutes! Movers were great! They disassembled some of my furniture for easy transportation and reassembled in Charlotte. I cannot thank them enough for lifting this burden from my shoulders!

Relief for college dad TB Moved my daughter and her friend to college in Hartford in August. They were patient when dealing with the college dorm restrictions. I watched how movers pack and was very impressed with speed and techniques. They delivered everything safely, including the mini-fridge that I got for my daughter. Overall, my daughter was very happy that movers helped us out and that makes me satisfied with TB’s services!

The least stressful move I had I moved from Jersey City to Brooklyn and TB was great at what they do! I used a lot of moving companies before, but TB had great sales and friendly staff. Movers were good. I had 0 damages. The final price was slightly lower than the quoted price. I’m happy with their services!

You get what you pay pay for! You get what you pay pay for! Unprofessional movers, damaged most of my framed artwork, they didn’t wrap them in blanket but just dropped them in the truck. They broke a piece of glass that was for my TV cabinet and claimed there were only one piece and not two pieces. They dented the ceiling in the hallway, scratched the walls in my newly renovated apartment. They charged me extra as they claimed they need some kind of equipment to lower my mattress down from the loft and turned out they just pushed it off the railing of the loft by hands...what a scam! When the owner of the company who was also one the movers came to see the damage he has down was very unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask to buy my artwork while not taking responsibility of his negligence of my properties. He was smiling during the whole process and even asked me “why you are so upset?” I was not compensated for any of the damages! Will never use them again nor recommend them!

Flawless Cross-Country Move We were nervous to pack and ship all of our belongings to LA from Brooklyn. Our Sales Brandon was patient, asked a lot of questions, and took our needs seriously. He explained how everything works, the delivery window, and possible shuttle. He’s the main reason we chose TB Moving. Both moving crews were professionals. They knew what they were doing and we can tell that it wasn’t their first time packing and moving people. Our stuff came within the agreed delivery window, which was a big relief for us because we were afraid that they would be late. Highly recommend TB Moving to anyone moving across the country.
