Very talented designer Very talented designer, Sierra Cullen, was wonderful to work with on the design & installation of new laundry room cabinets and guest room closet. She was so professional & kept me informed throughout the project of desgin changes & the installation schedule. The installers did a great job and were extermely neat & cleaned up after the work. Patrick and Jordan Patrick, our designer, worked with us through the long delay due to Hurricane Ian damage and repair. He patiently waited almost a year before we were finally ready for our installation. Our installer, Jordan, was a perfectionist! He carefully installed our closet unit then meticulously cleaned, inspected his work, and finally caulked. And then he reinspected his work again! Jordan treated our home as if it were his own. We will have Jordan back for the next closet install. Closet Factory is a wonderful company.

Becky and Eugene are an amazing team! I worked with Becky on the designs and she did such a phenomenal job in maximizing all the closet areas I have. She was quick, gave quotes super quick and was very thorough with everything. Eugene installed all my closet space and I cannot thank him enough for doing such a phenomenal job with the installation. Each area was cut right exactly to the perfect sizing and he really made those closets look custom made! He was so focused in making sure the closets were done right and on time based on the timeline for completion. He cleaned up all the areas and cleaned the shelves that you couldn’t even tell someone was there installing any cabinets. Great job, great service and amazing team!
