They were speedy and congenial throughout the move. All of my questions were answered with knowledge and confidence. They stayed focused and on task until my move was completed. Pros: good movers Cons; office job time underestimate Just wanted to say big thanks to Daniel and Fernando for a professional moving service. Furniture and pre-packed boxes were unassembled/assembled, wrapped/unwrapped and carefully moved to our new house in the specified rooms. They worked non stop and moved fast. I would recommend using these two guys for your move from Helix. They would have gotten a 5 stars review from me. I gave 4 stars because the job duration wasn't on-point and we paid more than expected. It was humanly impossible to move faster than these guys. We assume it was their office moving job time underestimate. We are happy the move is over and was done well, but didn't appreciate paying more than we expected.

DC to Brooklyn — Great job! We used Helix Transfer and Storage for our move from DC to New York City and it was a great experience. Management was very responsive to our inquiries leading up to the move, and on the move days the movers (Jose, Manny, Eliot, and Marco) were quick, careful and professional! Jose was the foreman and did a great job coordinating the move, even with some unorthodox components (e.g., loading belongings from both an apartment and a U-Haul truck), difficult New York roads and traffic, and a delay on our end that resulted in the move crew reaching our destination before we did. Overall, I would use Helix again and I would highly recommend them.

Erick and Daniel were amazing Erick and Daniel were amazing. I really appreciate how professional both gentlemen were. They took time to wrap, box and re-wrap items. Daniel and Erick worked efficiently and quickly to get me into my new home. I will use Helix agin in the future. And I will request both gentlemen again!

We hired Erick and Eduardo to move us… A+ service! Going with Helix transfer and storage for our move was the best decision. We had the pleasure working with Erick and Eduardo to move us and what a wonderful experience! They were so fast, efficient, and professional. They handled our furniture with care and the whole move was over before I knew it. Should we ever move again, we will definitely be using them again!
