The sales rep in Llano Was nice and… The sales rep in Llano Was nice and explained everything. It was easy to put my order in and to check on delivery time the young man that delivered it was amazing he put the shed exactly where I wanted it asked me questions if I wanted it leveled or just on the cement and did it all by himself ! I managed to lose my keys in the first day and Leland’s are going to send me a replacement set - how cool is that ?!

Phil went above and beyond Phil went above and beyond. Not only did he come out to measure my gates to make sure the barn would pass, but he delivered it as well...after hours to accommodate my schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the way Leland's treats their customers, from the sales person (I forget his name but was a kind helpful young man) to the delivery.

When we got our garage storage unit and… When we got our garage storage unit and it was all set up, we could not use either the dead bolt lock or the regular lock on the side door because they would not line up with the frame openings. The door knob would not work and the keys would not fit the dead bolt lock. We also could not lock the roll up garage door because it would not line up with the opening provided on the rail for the latch. We look forward to getting these items repaired and then our review may possibly go up.

Love our Leland Side Utility Shed! The guys were professional, personable, hard working and obviously take pride in their work. Ours had to be built on site so that made a huge difference in the process and the clean up. The construction is solid and the craftmanship is great. Could not be more pleased with the finished product.
