The team was great! The team was great, professional and completed our move on time. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to help us pack some on-site material that we weren't able to prepare in advance. I only reduce stars because they damaged some areas in the home. They filed a report, but there was no outcome or compensation for the damage that was done to the home. Again, that's of no fault to the team, but I didn't love that the company didn't make it right.

Zip is the best! This is my second time using Zip for a local move. They always do a phenomenal job! Luis, Juan, and Jesus were on time, efficient, and very professional.
