GBStaff is great Staff is great. Facility is not climate controlled but the basement is not bad in keeping cool in the summer. Not all rooms have lights, and the elevator and carts are pretty run down. But I came from another facility that was maybe cleaner and more modern, but the staff was really nosey. Glad to move somewhere where the staff are normal and don't invade your privacy.

GBFrom the first moment I contacted them… From the first moment I contacted them they were nothing but professional and helpful and knowledgeable. They did everything they said they would do. They went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. They’re always courteous and friendly when I call and patient which is much appreciated, I would recommend them to anybody

GBThey are not flexible and hard to deal with I lost my job and was delayed for a bit on the payment and I asked for the manager to stop the lein momentarily while I gather money. But he still proceeded with the lein. When I finally paid I asked for at least a week to pull out my stuff but was turned down too so I did everything to pull everything out in 3 days and got the hell out of there. I canceled my space. Never again. That guy Matthew from San Pablo has no compassion and is hard to reason with
