Allied management sucks Allied management sucks. They were over 1 month late paying me over time they owed me. I am muslim and made me shave my beard even tho I provided a certificate from the masjid. They other security officers are late and always calling out. Many of them leave their post early and unintended and Allied management knows and does not fire them. Allied is a sad excuse for security. Wish I could give them negative stars.

My husband had worked for this company… My husband had worked for this company for over two years until they were replaced by another security company. Allied was given enough to give everyone a $2 in the hour raise but kept it all except 71¢ . When they were replaced they cheated everyone out of 1 days pay and told employees they have to prove they owe it to them. The people they hired were mostly foul mouthed dirty lazy people. Not all of them but the majority. When my husband had to actually engage in a situation where someone broke into a federal site and he stopped them, put his life in true danger, there was no thank you or anything! My husband is a retired Marine Corp veteran but the upper echelon off site are very rude and unprofessional! Maybe depending on the site a person works it could be better but don't hold your breath!

Was trying to become a Employee Well I’m just going to put this out there I been trying to join the Allied team for awhile now gone down to West Palm Beach twice. I guess they just don’t want to hire me so I say they missed out on a very good employee. I don’t think I would work for them now anyhow after the treatment of not being acknowledged. It’s their loss there is a lot of companies out there that at least try to employ a person wanting to work for them. Shame on them !

AUS DUMB AND DUMBER This company is trouble. The management is bad and clueless.They site and use rules that are wrong. They habitually screw employees, It's a tradgedy they have gotten huge thru acquzitions. I have to make a living relying on dumb idiotic incompetent mamagement. I had 2 problems in 8 months and had to correct managers to keep my job. The companies many problems will cause their downfall. I'd love to settle the score. Any dumbass can put on a business suit and call themselves managers.

I have worked for this company almost a… This happened a while ago but I thought I’ll share my story… I worked for Allied about almost for a year back in 2021. Never had any write ups, never called out. They fired me over a mistake I didn’t make with no proof. I worked for Dewan Green. He is an unprofessional/rude account manger that acts like a female when he is under pressure. Once he stops liking you, he will find any reason to get rid of you. he does not care about his women employees. Highly recommend not to work there at the innsbrook site, very unorganized.
