Sales representative was unhelpful in… Sales representative was unhelpful in getting a sign which we were promised. He acts like he is too busy to be bothered. Also I don’t know who to contact about issues with my doorbell camera and the fact that I had an alarm go off but nobody from ADT contacted me.

Andrew and Mr. Scott were amazing throughout my process Andrew and Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help with all the issues I had with the ADT system and with customer service.. We had an issue with our door and the equipment functioning properly and Andrew and Mr. Scott went out of there way to fix the problem. I GREATLY APPRECIATE all the time and effort they put into making sure I was satisfied. Because I almost gave up and canceled the system. But they helped me through the rough ends and made the end results smooth.

Unreliable company and Michael Mess are… Unreliable company and Michael Mess are ALMOST BANKRUPT. Currenly Michael Mess and its Always Protected Security, LLC owes us a big amount of money. The age of the overdue exceeds 4 months!!!! The company cannot afford to pay even 50 USD to us... Do not believe them as they cannot simply stick to their promises. Michael Mess is ignoring all our phone calls and emails! We are preparing our documents to start legal action soon with all legal consequences as the seizing of assets and garnishment. We hope this review serves as a warning to potential partners, helping them avoid similar negative experiences.
