GBThank you! I signed up for this app to protect my accounts and because my IG account was hacked recently. I was able to talk to Mona who was one of the customer agents, and she helped me recovery my account! I asked if she can call me asap because I was panicking and she was very empathetic about my situation. It took a while to recover it after submitting the forms 10 times! She did explain that it is a long process because IG sucks in not having customer support. Glad I was able to get it back after multiple attempts. Highly recommending this app for protection.

DKSorry … I have to say this Sorry … I have to say this - but I feel scammed here. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and typed in credit card information. I of course want to pay if the support is any good. Now I haven’t heard anything in the chat regarding my first need of support. Still only 5-6 hours into my trial. So, I want to cancel my subscription but I’m send to Apple iTunes where I - of course- dont have a subscription as I never signed up through there. I used the website. I now assume I’m going to pay for at least one month before I can get help to cancel or make my bank refuse the payment.
