Support doesn't care... I have reported a major bug affecting the display of pics to the articles almost 3 years ago. Lot's of emails and chasers since then and still is unresolved!!! Every time someone finally picks the chaser email, spends like 5 secs and then dismiss the issue without proper investigation and asking me to provide proof of the bug. I have sent a huge amount of information confirming the bug over and over again, but really nobody ever works on the resolution of the issue. Oh and btw their CEO confirmed the issue...

Horrendous customer experience Horrendous customer experience. I don't care that Feedly is one of the more developed RSS readers on the market; they are a pain to communicate with. Their Twitter account is incapable of answering simple questions, they don't have a live chat option, and answers to common issues are nearly impossible to find on their sad excuse of a support page. Additionally, they are nearly unwilling to implement new features or even listen to customer advice at all.

I only voted one star because zero stars was not an option Feedly has HORRIBLE customer service!! I have never used the service, do not remember ever signing up for the service, I don't even know what feedly does, but they charged me $65 to renew the service. I have contacted them to remove the charge, with no luck. I contacted Paypal to remove the charge, with no luck. Feedly should refund my $65... that's a lot of money for something you have never used and don't plan to use.

No customer support Trying to report a bug to this company but no one seems to care. Good product but annoying when no one acknowledges your report or issue.
