Did not produce accurate results. Definitely incorrect Our dog is known half japanese akita and half american akita. The results just came up as Akita and the blurb talked only about japanese akitas. We know american akitas were bred with german shepherds to save the breed, but this didnt come up at all. In fact, it was just "Akita" across her whole report. no specification or anything. We asked about this, and why german shepherd is not shown and if they can clarify further whats happened and they basically said tough thats it.

Our cats’ DNA tests. Always wanted to get my cats’ DNA tested, I researched a lot of companies on line and Wisdom Panel was buy far the best of them. The swab test was pretty easy to do, So interesting discovering what other breeds were identified in my cats, we were astounded to say the least!! We’ve just swabbed our other 2 cats, can’t wait for their results!!

A big NOPE due to customer service (or lack thereof) Customer service was horrible... blamed me for not checking some list that even after I knew existed was difficult to find instead of being up front and center. Then refused to provide me with the raw data, saying it will be offered in the future but there's no list to get on or anything to know when, and a date couldn't be provided. Why can I get my human raw data but not my dog?!? I don't believe she's only slightly at risk for a single thing they claim to have tested for, that's almost impossible. The interaction with that CS member alone is enough to ensure I never purchase another Wisdom Panel product.
