Thanks to Mark and Skoup we have a clutter-free house prior to our move, making our lives so much easier. Brilliant service!

Brilliant customer service Brilliant customer service! Collection guy (sorry, didn't get is name) was excellent. The magic bit was when he said that I had booked too bigger van for the rubbish, he would contact the office and get me a refund. I was amazed when within a half hour of his leaving I was refunded nearly half the cost! Unbelievable in this day and age. Excellent company.

Absolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience! I will not be using this company EVER again. I’ve spent all week chasing when they will collect the skip! And 5 days late it’s finally gone!

Terrible service They rearranged the day of the pick up 3 times and only let me know after 1pm each time. When they eventually did come to pick it up they only sent one man who called me at 6am to ask what he was collecting (even though if specified and sent pictures) to pick up a 7ft sideboard which I needed to be enlisted to help put it into the van even though the website states they’ll do all the lifting and send a 2 man team to jobs that need it. I’ve complained as I feel like I did half the job for them but they tell me that’s just how it is and fobbed me off with a poor apology. Do not use.

Fault less service Arrived on time, called and let me know he was coming, fitted way more in the van than expected with zero fussy very impressed and will use again
