I have bought off them 2 times now I have bought off them 2 times now, both times exceeded my expectations as far as customer service experience and actual product go! The only waiting time was shipping to Australia but that was exacerbated by covid-19 delays and no fault of Pet Canvas at all. The artist did an amazing job and listened when I asked for art revisions. The staff go above and beyond to reply to emails, one member of staff took the time to find real life examples of blanket backgrounds for me.

Disappointed I too spent the extra money to get these rushed. They were not. I had ordered 4 photos and they only sent me 3 to review. When I brought this to their attention it took them many days to even respond and they rushed it and did not get it right. While I received the portraits I ordered they were not done properly. They let you review the photos prior to printing and sending and told them about the problem they ignored my request and sent them anyway so I now have 3 photos with my pets name on them and one without. The customer service is lacking for sure!

Best Gift Ever ! The blanket came out so much better than expected, from the likeness of the pet picture I sent, to the soft quality. It was a gift for my sister’s cat’s “Gotcha Day” and she said it was the best gift ever of her fur babies. I also had a login issue and their support team was so quick to help and keep me updated on my order!

I would give a zero if I could I would give a zero if I could. I have not received my order that was for Christmas. I paid for express shipping, received a couple of texts showing the completed product then nothing. I have emailed them and did not receive a response.

Never received my item and customer support is ignoring my emails This company is a complete and utter joke. I ordered I personalised gift for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 29th of August. They fudged up the orders and sent my item to another person and sent me theirs. I returned the wrong order and was told the correct order would be shipped ASAP… then when I’ve asked for an update on what’s going on I get the same garbage excuses and they say ‘we will update you soon with your tracking order’. It’s now the 9th of October and the customer support are now completely ignoring my emails. I was told my circumstances would warrant a refund in one email but when I ask for one I get ignored. This genuinely feels like a scam and is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a product from any company. Stay clear of these people as they will happily take your money but you may never receive what you paid for.
