We loved that we could check out floor samples to make sure that the color choice was what we wanted. They were the most considerate people...very helpful, kind, friendly, competent, and professional. We were just thrilled with the excellent job done with the installing. Great to shop with The store staff at our local Lowes is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The installers that did the installation were professional and did quality work. Only issue we had was a snowstorm the first date for installation. They called a few days before to confirm and said it would depend on the weather if they came out. A phone call that day would have been nice to know either way. We'll be back though. Nice to keep local business busy.
