From the first visit to their showroom through to completion of the job; everyone was timely, responsive, courteous, patient, organized and customer focussed. I've had such a poor experience from other contractors including the "Big Box" stores. In the time it took for Lowe's to return their bid, Main Floor had provided an estimate, schedules installation and had custom ordered product on the way. So much for the 35.00 charge for an estimate at Lowe's. Best of all, the floor looks AMAZING! You can tell when someone takes pride in the products and services they provide and these guys are an example of how to "Do Business Right". Everyone who has see the floor raves about how wonderful it looks. Even those OCD Engineers I deal with can't find a single flaw in the workmanship. Thank you for and excellent Job!!!!
