Any questions we had, he answered completely. He's also extremely responsive, answering texts, or emails quickly. For me, knowing the whats and whys of a project are important, and Gin provided that more than anyone else. Their attention to detail really made the difference in the final outcome. The were complete professionals. Would definitely hire them again if I needed any tile work done.
