Raving fan. Excellent experience from in home carpet consultation, and room measurements, to carpet selection and project quote. Order was placed and carpet was available within 8 business days. My project included all living areas on 1st and 2nd levels. The installers completed the job in 2 separate visits per our request with no additional trip charge. Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned up, hauled all debris away. Workmanship was great. Excellent experience. I am a raving fan.

Excellent "hand-holding" sales support from Josh! We were long-time renters (meaning, no recent experiences with buying flooring) prior to recently becoming homeowners. After checking out carpet and LVT options at the big box home stores, stopped in Bloomington Carpet One pretty much on a whim, and found their no-pressure but friendly and attentive selling style very comfortable. Josh Loren was extremely patient and gave us quote after quote as we went through numerous design iterations. We ended up doing two carpet installations through BC1, and both were handled promptly and professionally. Well done!

My carpet is beautifully installed especially given the pattern they had to deal with! I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Completely trustworthy, kind and happy to be on the job, which is rare these days. They were 5 star in my book!

Very disappointed in the seaming in… Very disappointed in the seaming in doorways. Called the company shortly after carpet was put in and they tried to fix the issue. Unfortunately is is not any better. We would not purchase carpeting or flooring from Bloomington Carpet One again.
