Both times Erich and the Floodman crew responded quickly and skillfully to mitigate the situation and helped see the project through to completion. They also worked with the insurance company to make sure that everything got done the way it needed to be and to our satisfaction. Floodman to the Rescue The Floodman team made it to our place within two hours of being called. 6 people and just as many fans. Was it expensive? Yes. Could it have been a lot worse??!? ABSOLUTELY! Without the Floodman team we would have had to remove weeks of mold buildup and damage. After several days of fans and professional service, our basement is dry and we have a plan of action, which will be significant, but not as much as if they didn’t respond so quickly. They were in regular communication and very specific in their actions. We are strongly impressed and 1000 percent recommend them!

Excellent Customer Service They answered all my questions (and I had MANY) over the course of several weeks as I researched this company and explored their competitor's offerings. They explained things to me in layman's terms. No talking down to me. No heavy sales pitch. They explained their product and service without disparaging their competitors, which, in my opinion, shows respect and utmost professionalism. When I had problems locating a generator and a contractor to install it (supply chain issues etc.) they stepped up and found a reputable contractor for me. My property is not local to this company's hometown, yet they scheduled me in quickly. I did not have to wait for more jobs in my area so they could capitalize on their travel. They came when they said they would. The workers were friendly, professional and appeared to be hard-working at all times. They finished the job when they said they would and I was very pleased with the final product. The spring thaw in my area was not a problem; my crawl was dry. I would highly recommend this company.
