Prompt, Reasonable rate and Quality work! I had a clogged sink that I couldn't plunge out myself. We had just gotten a few inches of show and the roads had not been completely cleared of snow. It was late afternoon so I figured I probably wouldn't be able to get anyone to come until the next day without paying extra for an after hour fee. After submitting my request for four plumbers to call with a quote, I got the first call who quoted me an outrageous cost to come out that evening and another high cost to come out the next day. I told them no thank you. Then Proper Plumbing Services called and give me a very reasonable quote to come out within 30 minutes. I agreed to their service. They arrived within 30 minutes, cleared the drain, checked the rest of the lines for leaks. They were friendly courteous and professional and only charged me the rate they quoted over the phone. Professional and gets the job done right. One of my water pipes burst due to the fact of being frozen. Stallion Pipes and Drains came and fixed the pipe. It was in a very difficult place. Not easy to get to. However, it didn't stop this particular plumber. It took about 3 1/2 hours, a lot shorter time than what I thought and charged me a price much smaller than what I was expecting. All in all, I was relieved to find someone to help me. I would definitely call this plumber again if I needed him again.
