GBVERY PROFESSIONAL We had a very old front door 3 lock system with handle that needed to be fixed or replaced. We texted photos to Joshua to see what he thought we should do. He texted us back with a possible hard to find replacement that cost around $400, but he said he would try to fix the old lock first before we spent that much to replace it. We also needed our 2 locks on the back door to be rekeyed. Well not only was he able to fix the old lock but he took all 4 locks apart, cleaned them, lubricated them, put them back together and rekeyed all of them with extra copies for our tenants, and the final cost was only $150. We also needed car keys and fobs for our old 2004 Buick. The programming of them took a while but Joshua was very patient and professional throughout the entire job. He was very polite and easy to work with. We can’t thank him enough for all his hard work. Katz Locksmith is now in our Contacts for any further work to be done in the future. Thanks again Joshua.
