GBI had a key made up not realizing that… I had a key made up not realizing that I did not have the proper code. The key, of course, did not fit. My fault. I then realized that the lock also held part of the code which I didn't see until I got my magnifying glass. EasyKeys sent me the correct key and only charged me for the shipping. Thanks, EasyKeys. I definitely would recommend your Company to my friends and family.

GBThey sent the wrong type of key They sent the wrong type of key, and one set didn't work. Called to find out what happened, and I was told that they type of key that I ordered was backordered one month and that they would sent the replacements when received.

GBKeys worked great & great customer service Keys worked great. And when the shipper lost my keys (not EasyKeys fault) EasyKeys promptly sent me a new set at no charge. Great customer service.
