GBI integrated BlueYonder into my dental… I integrated BlueYonder into my dental practice four years ago. I'm excited to share my positive experience. The transition to BlueYonder's system has resulted in substantial savings we otherwise would have paid in card processing fees. Switching from a percentage-based fee structure to a flat monthly rate of $65 with BlueYonder has led to a noticeable reduction in our operating costs. This has directly impacted our ability to reinvest in patient care and our practice. BlueYonder has constantly added more and more feature to cater to our practice. Their insurance billing system has been very effective in streamlining our collections and receivables. An additional feature that our patients have found valuable is the option to use ACH for payments without incurring extra fees. This flexibility in payment options is a significant advantage, offering convenience and choice to our patients. Throughout our four-year journey with BlueYonder, their team has consistently been approachable and attentive, ensuring that any issues or questions are resolved promptly. GBPushy sales, high cost to your clients This company will absolutely harass you to get you to sign up. After months of pressure, I spoke with them only to find out that their software simply transfers the credit card processing fee from the business to the client. Furthermore, their rate is 3.5% when our processing company only charges 1.95%. It does not work with Care Credit where the rates are higher, so no benefit there. It also does not integrate with our practice management software so whatever we would save in credit card fees would be used in staff time to run the cards in one system then manually enter into another. Not to mention creating a multistep workflow that increases the risk for human error in a busy office. I am the administrator and blocked their entire domain from being able to email me after multiple request to remove our practice from their contact list. They then started harassing my controller who also blocked them. They are now harassing my physician directly. I literally had to get my IT team to block the domain from the entire office to stop the multiple emails and confusion. They continue to call my front desk multiple times per week which means my staff is busy dealing with them rather than our patients resulting in lost revenue. Maybe someday we will get them to leave us alone....

GBProgram has been really great for us Program has been really great for us. Their systems integrated well with our practice management software, while saving us a small fortune on our processing fees. They provided a very simple installation procedure, and the system provides our patients multiple and easy ways to pay. Part of their program offers a hosted payment page, at no charge to us as well as allowing us to invoice our patients for electronic payments right out of our own software system. At no charge, they customized some of the payment features to match what our offering to patients are. Because of these it made things easier for our multiple locations and users, who provide different specialties. Overall program is a big benefit and a lot easier to use then our prior system.

GBGreat Savings for our clinic As in this year alone we have kept over $40,000 in revenue that would have been paid out in fees. I also wanted to comment on their customer service. Which has been helpful to my staff. Blue has truly made a difference. Both are clinics have seen a downturn since Covid started. This program has been a huge money saver for me.
