Excellent customer service!! Was really happy the nursing home suggested the incontinence products CWI carries because they really do work good for my family member. We get products we need right away and the customer service department was very helpful.

Fast, trustworthy I needed a commode- it showed up pronto.

They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in… They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in stock. The confirmation email said they were “in the process of being carefully picked and packed for shipping.” I had to email support to find out they didn’t have it in stock, or even the ability to tell me when it would be in stock. They cancelled my order stating my card was never charged. However, two days after that I got over $1,000 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Hmmmm

TERRIBLE SERVICE Ordered Medical stroller for my handicapped grandson on March 13. Not told it was out of stock. Promised it would arrive in May. Now told it ship from overseas (probably China) sometime in July. Another promise! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
