TERRIBLE SERVICE Ordered Medical stroller for my handicapped grandson on March 13. Not told it was out of stock. Promised it would arrive in May. Now told it ship from overseas (probably China) sometime in July. Another promise! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Good experience I have ordered a few times now for supplies for my mom, and am happy with the service. So far, things are easy to find and I get them all within two days or so.

They have products that no one keeps on hand I was looking for a specialty thickened food and they are the only ones that seem to always have it available. Their customer service staff always help me out and we get our products quickly. If you need medical supplies, definitely go visit them!

As good as local service. CWI always had everything I ever ordered in stock. The items were delivered quicker than they said and the prices were reasonable.

Fast, trustworthy I needed a commode- it showed up pronto.
