Get payment before delivery to eliminate hassle and wasted time Not too bad dealing with them, just when it comes to payment it can be difficult. They are usually thorough and accurate with the order and delivery information they provide but when it comes to taking payment, if our associates aren't adamant about getting payment before delivery it can be a hassle trying to get paid after the fact. It would be nice if their company knows their employee is ready to make an order, give them credit card information up front to provide us with payment before delivery. Make sure THEY are certain the order is paid. That will eliminate a lot of hassle from all sides.

We are a portable toilet company that… We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.
