One of our cleaning ladies was very… One of our cleaning ladies was very rude. She complained the whole time. She refused to cooperate with us. Also, the work was shoddy. After they left I noticed they missed an entire room. Finally, we paid extra for windows, but the service does not tell you they will only clean one side of the window.
