GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. I have moved 6 times in my life both long and short distance. This was the worst company I ever dealt with. Britney is AWFUL. She should not have any customer facing job. A nightmare.

GBBrittany (manager) was extremely rude⦠Brittany (manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I received a text message Sunday evening stating that my move was set for the following Friday. I called Monday morning requesting to move the date. I was told that I had to pay a $400 fine to do so, despite their policy being that they require 5 business days to change a date (Sunday evening is not a business day, despite their company claiming so). I cancelled my trip with them and lost my deposit. It was a tough decision. I would not recommend anyone work with this company -- work with a company that wants to work with you versus trying to charge you additional bogus fees.

GBwould give them 0 stars would give them 0 stars. I am a disabled Vet who was going to move. I thought everything was fine, until the home purchase fell through. this company refuses to return my deposit. I mad the deposit before I signed a contract. their is only a 72 hr cancellation policy, buried in the contract. no one identified this in any conversation. I canceled over a month before the scheduled move. the refused to return the deposit. this is one shady company and the billing department and customer service is terrible. they said only the owner can enable a refund and they refused to give me their contact info.
