GBAbsolutely awful service -a cleaner… Absolutely awful service -a cleaner apparently accepted my booking on 13/12 for an important occasion on 28/12- I hear at 1am on 28/12 that no one has accepted the booking -I’m now left in a really difficult situation where I have Jo time to book an alternative cleaner

JPTerrible Terrible! I booked a cleaner, they confirmed the booking, charged me and then didn't assign me a cleaner, so no one showed up. I am now waiting for a reply and a refund. The only way to contact them is via. email.
