Excellent company Excellent company! They offer a very nice cleaning product at a very reasonable price; I especially like their dishwashing gels and soaps; the fragrance is just so nice that it's addicting. I think better life Services is a damn… I think better life Services is a damn joke I had a meeting a week ago with AJ about finding out who my new reigonal center caseworker would be he told me he'd get back too me an still hasnt he's been ignoring my phone calls an text messages an I don't understand it that's bad but he has the nerve too ask my sls worker questions on me if he has seen me or how I am. That's dumb he's a horrible head director I hope he loses his job David should have his job he's a jerk AJ he's a ass hole Today I txt AJ about reigonal center he avoided my txt for 3 days which u know is unprofessionalism I got no respect for him he just lies an is rude. I hate him but I like David alot I will no longer allow AJ in my place anymore he's a dick

Disappointed with customer service after receiving damaged products I've used Better Life since 2013 when I saw them on Shark Tank and I love the products! Beginning in 2020 I began to have problems with the delivery of my orders. At least three orders had leaking or empty bottles, broken sprayers, or dented bottles. I recently asked a customer rep if they could send me a few sprayers as I currently have none that work and I still have several unopened bottles and they refused to help.

The website is easy to navigate through… The website is easy to navigate through and I ordered without any problems. I love all their products because it's nontoxic, just hope they'll start showing up in the local stores so no need to order on line.
