Prompt responses to emails and phone… Prompt responses to emails and phone calls. Jason was very knowledgeable about the product. Dustin called to make sure we would have an easy time receiving the cleaner (we don't have a loading dock, needed a truck with a gate). It was an all around pleasant experience.

Disappointed For starters, after talking to a salesperson through emails , I decided to buy a machine and instead of a phone call to make the purchase I was just given a link to buy online. When purchasing a piece of equipment costing $6000.00 I'd prefer to speak to someone.. then when it showed up, it wouldn't work. After taking the front cover off I discovered the main power "breaker" was off. No big deal but nowhere in the manual did explain the breaker would need to be turned on. But then the machine would heat up but not "cavitate "... then I found a wire that was broke at the crimp that powers that function. I fixed the crimp and now it's fine but what ever happened to quality control???? Very disappointed!
