The expert educated me on positioning of duct piece behind the dryer, explained and demonstrated how a potential fire could happen. Especially if there is a hole in the duct piece behind the dryer. Two thumbs up! Two thumbs up!! I am impressed with Klean Vents! I had my dryer vent cleaned out. Phillip showed me the significant difference in air output after the vent was completely cleaned out. The airflow before was 4.9 and then up to 18.0 afterwards. I was also shown pictures of before and after inside the vent. I realize now that a clean dryer vent can prevent fires, but also help cut down drying time!!
