Impossible customer service Can't log in to MyADT because it wont take my passwords, and it wont send me a password reset via email. I also can't remember my verbal password so it's impossible to access anything. I called and the guy walked me through everything as if I was extremely dumb which resulted in me staring at a login screen which I can't log into. They won't just reset my password, and they've increased the monthly payment twice now. I want to cancel, too but it's a whole ordeal and I'm stuck in this contract for two years now.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today April 4,2024 I spoke to an ADT tech named Matthew. He was so amazing. We had a service call for our cameras this morning; however, the notifications on my phone was not fixed. So I called ADT and spoke to Matthew. A WONDERFUL KIND RESPECTFUL GENTLEMAN WHO KNEW HIS STUFF. HE DID NOT MISS A BEAT AND MY NOTIFICATIONS ARE RIGHT ON!!! If I could I would give him a million stars. It took him a while but he never got tired of helping me. Thats what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU MATTHEW. PENNY MADDOX SMITH SHELBY NC.

Worst company ever Worst company ever! Bought the most expensive system 11 months ago. Nothing but problems. Multiple service calls and techs coming out (that I get charged for!). We finally turned the system off and it STILL alarms in the middle of the night. Had a house sitter here while on vacation and the system drove her crazy. ADT refuses to give me my money back and pick up their system. Going to refer this to my attorney.

ADT is a terrible company ADT is a terrible company, my cameras never worked, I was paying a lot money just for alarm on my front door. Every time I was calling to see if someone can fix it they told me I have to pay $180 for the services and I have to buy another cameras or monitor. I canceled my membership more than 2 months before the expiration and they didn’t want canceled and continued charging me. I finally got rid of that but they still charge me $34.99 because they told me was not enough the time to cancel it. I’m not recommend this company to nobody because the only thing they are doing is charging more and more money. “Money Hungry “

ADT Solar had no idea what they were… ADT Solar had no idea what they were doing when they entered the Solar business by purchasing Sunpro Solar. Within 2 years they destroyed the best solar company in the US. And pull out of the solar business leaving customers uniformed as to who to contact for questions and services and having to rely on subcontractors for warranty and repairs with no skin in the game and no sense of urgency to take care of the customer.
