Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. The staff will say anything (including the owner R. Garner) to make a sale. When it comes time to ending or canceling the service they are no where to be found. I do not trust these folks, nor do I recommend them. Teresa Gonzales is the most inept customer service manager I have come across. She will not return a call, she too will say anything, and the cancelation policy needs to be pulled out of her. Then she pretends like she doesn't hear my confirmation to end the service. Her lack of skill emanates in all the customer service workers. What a piece of work.

WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. We canceled month's ago after they… We canceled month's ago after they re-upped our contract without us agreeing to it. They are still charging us even after we called in to cancel. These people are the thieves you want to protect yourself from.

I was very happy with Nick and Procom… I was very happy with Nick and Procom for years. Then Mountain Alarm bought Procom. I didn't even know this happened and then I started getting invoices from this new company. Then I had issues with the video cameras that Nick had installed. Mountain Alarm doesn’t have a clue about the cameras or the software running the cameras nor do they care. Really just a joke overall. Stay away if you can.

Horrible service Horrible service. Billings Alarm sold to them and Mt Alarm who has not even looked up the definition of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" so that they could provide it is not someone I would recommend. They are attempting to make everyone sign a long term contract. They are rude and pushy and accepted $ even though I hadn't signed a contract, yet they are telling me they will terminate it. Not one to be bullied. Run away and don't give them your business.
