GBUnbelievably bad experience over the past 3 weeks I opted for you company because of the reviews and have had nothing but problems and excuses. A few days after the system was installed I had to have your tech out to work on the system. I continued to have issues and when I called to cancel my service, I received all type of excuses and reasons. One thing is sure, I will most likely not be a long term customer of your company. Sorry to have to write this but you should under promise and over deliver. You have a long way to go.

GBGreat Installation service tech! Our tech Robert was punctual, called ahead of arrival. He went above and beyond to mount our service where we wanted in our home. If our monitoring service experience is as good as our installation and training service has been; it will be Great! We are very happy customers and will be glad to recommend Smith to our friends and family.

GBIt's a mistake going with Smith … It's a mistake going with Smith Monitoring. I ahev too many false alarms. Their service is awful.

GBSlow start but wow what a finish!!! I would actually give a four and a half the first installer forgot equipment and well after waiting a few days we followed through with a new installer... He was wonderful brought his wife to make me feel more secure she did all the paperwork while he made sure every thing was perfect then she taught me every thing and referred to it in the book to make sure I felt comfortable!!! They went out of the way to help me I truly appreciate it!!! Now my home is safe!!!

GBQuick response and excellent service I wanted to find a security monitoring company that was responsive to my needs and honest without a fear of being oversold or overcharged, and Smith filled that need. The technician, Mark, came when he said he would ,reprogrammed the keypad, and explained everything in detail. My bill has dropped from $54 a month to $18 a month. I could not be happier.
