GBHorrible communication, useless hardware, very long ship time Ordered blind on November 5 but did not receive it until December 21–7 weeks. I was promised a 3-week delivery date. I called on week 4 and was told item would be shipped immediately. No shipping updates-nor explanation. Hardware for blinds was useless and I had to replace it. Mediocre quality

GBOrdered the blinds but needed different… Ordered the blinds but needed different sort of clamps than what came in the box since the blinds need to be held from the sides ; not the top. Called customer service and they sent a new set of clamps. Took a long time for it to arrive but it’s all just fine.

GBTwo Thumbs Up Thank you Just Blinds for providing great customer service and a great 1st time shopping experience! I am very pleased with my wooden and vertical blinds. I was a bit nervous about my measurements but everything fit perfectly and installation was easy. Two of the vanes were damaged, but the replacement process using the online chat was simple and they were delivered within the expected time frame. Would definitely order from Just Blinds again.

GBBlind was fine, delivery not. Blind was fine. DHL delivery was not. Frequent notices came back as Package on Hold, or Exception, with no explanation why. Delivery was overdue by one week per DHL website even though package was at the local warehouse.
