GBTwo Thumbs Up Thank you Just Blinds for providing great customer service and a great 1st time shopping experience! I am very pleased with my wooden and vertical blinds. I was a bit nervous about my measurements but everything fit perfectly and installation was easy. Two of the vanes were damaged, but the replacement process using the online chat was simple and they were delivered within the expected time frame. Would definitely order from Just Blinds again.

GBNo support for inferior product once it breaks They're product broke after 3 year warranty is up and they won't support with replacement parts even if I offer to pay. They tell you to look at fixmyblinds.com. This site doesn't have the parts for a self lifting roman shade with no chord. I paid $400 and they recommend I purchase another one from them after 4 years and cannot send out replacement parts. WHy in the world do they think they will ever get repeat business. What is the point? Horrible business model.

GBDid not realize they were shipped from… Did not realize they were shipped from Mexico so it took longer than I thought. One package was diverted from Oregon across to Connecticut and then back taking over 3 weeks.

GBQuality custom made products I liked that i could get free samples. The online ordering was easy and the blinds actually arrived sooner than expected. The blinds look great. I expect to make further purchases here.
