Alloyman company stands behind its… Alloyman company stands behind its tools I had a issue and they sent me a replacement out.. beside the issue ratchet wrench has lots of power very fun to use.and saves lots of time the impact wrench is powerful fun to use also I will be doing lots of business with this company very friendly people thanks Monty .

Warranty voided if tool is received as a Gift WARRANTY voided for tool gift. Battery failed within the 3 year period, yet was invalid since tool was a gift, and procurement invoice could not be autorotated by owner.
