Highly recommend this company and their product. Kellie my sales person is always friendly and gives the best customer service.

DKSecond time around it got better First review I made was 1 star and was based on an experience where I did not get the right product, and did not hear from Brickhouse when I contacted them. Then they woke up, and treated me very nice. I was allowed to return my product and was refunded. Also the second time I was allowed to return with refund. Also the respons time was very fine when we communicated, that gives a thumbs up :)

GBAll the reviews on their site are fake! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a goods and service from one of Shopper Approved's clients and had a very negative experience. I should have known that the glowing reviews where fake but to be honest I had not yet heard of Company's buying reviews. I shop Amazon - the reviews are honest-pretty much. At least when I submit one that conforms to their sites good standards, it is shown and it remains listed as long as the item is listed. I was unable to review the product I purchased from Brickhouse Security. I could not review the supposed 24/7 tech support either. The whole thing is a scam. As an American that has switched over to the internet for 90% of her shopping needs reviews are VITAL! I will shout out about this company EVERYWHERE! THEY WOULD NOT LET ME POST A REVIEW WHERE I PURCHASED A BAD PRODUCT... so I will post it everywhere else. Social Media can be used both ways.

GBFailed to cancel, billed me anyway.... Called two months ago to cancel because I no longer required the service. I was offered two free months and I thought W T F I'll have a little fun. I realized two days ago I better check and make sure I'm not going to be a reoccurring bill so I called and all reps were busy and I waited 45 minutes before choosing the option to remain in line but have them call me back, which they didn't. I had already opened a chat with no response for 45 minutes, then at the last minute of closing, sorry we can't cancel on a chat, text, email etc you'll have to call, Yep the same darn number that hadn't called me back yet... Oh, guess what happened today on my digital bank statement? Yep, billed again... They are shady and dishonest...
