GBI had sear come out appropriately 6… I had sear come out appropriately 6 months prior to clean carpets and get stains out. They were Finnish in about 30 minutes for a large 2 story house and did a horrible job. Telling me there was nothing they could do about high traffic areas and stains!! Also charged me a pretty penny for a halfass job. Called ElitePro carpet and OH MY GOD!! My carpet seriously looks brand new! He took his time and did the job right and actually cared about my concerns and what I wanted!! No more stains and high traffic area gone!! He’s will definitely be our carpet just from now on. Also a fraction of the cost of sears!!!
