I live in upstate NY and was initially a bit hesitant about buying such an expensive hot tub (and how it would fair in the below-freezing winter), but after weeks of research and dozens of phone calls with different vendors, it became 100% clear that Designer Home Spas was the way to go. 6 months in, the spa is incredibly durable and has brought me - and my family - more joy than I could have imagined.
