J&J Carpet Review I could not imagine a smoother experience from the time we walked into J&J until we said goodbye to the installation team who carpeted our entire 3 bed room home (except for the bathrooms). Brad worked closely with us taking as much time with us in the pad and carpeting selection process then coming to our home at the time promised to do the measurements pointing out to us the most favorable places to place the seams in order to minimize the number necessary,.Chris and his installation team had to move a significant number of large, heavy pieces of furniture and did a great job of installation and clean up. I was extremely pleased with J&J and … I was extremely pleased with J&J and will definitely use them again. From my initial visit on a busy Saturday when there was only one salesperson working to the final installation, everyone provided outstanding customer service. Brad was fantastic. The installer, (I think his name was John) was extremely professional and outstanding at his job. I was so impressed, when the job was finished and he had packed up and left, 20 minutes later, he came back because he realized that he forgot to put one of the doors back up. That says a lot about a person and company's work ethic! Besides the outstanding service, the quality of flooring is great and I couldn't be happier with it.

We couldn’t be happier with the installation, quality of the product, and the assistance with these upgrades. The entire team was awesome from Brad and Brittney helping with narrowing our decisions down to Chris and his crew for tackling the ultra-hard tile demo and outstanding flooring install. The flooring looks wonderful and we also couldn’t be happier with the beautiful quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen. It is absolutely stunning! The stone install was flawless and the wood trim and second level supports also look great. J&J is highly recommended by this family!
