I purchased this one because it was about twice as expensive as my last one and I hoped it would be better quality. So far it seems about the same. The only difference are the controls which I like on this model. The pushbuttons are a nice feature compared to the joystick on my last one. It was also easy to install, except that the connections on the bidet itself were a different size than my old one so I had to replace the hoses with the new ones on this bidet. It would have been much simpler if they were the same. As for the durability of this model, that remains to be seen.

Good product received very quickly I received the product very quickly. I received notification about the transit of the product constantly before I received it. The product quality was good and it was easy to install. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Works as advertised Works as advertised. Easy install. Quality if simple plastic manufacture. Would buy again, good value. Clean function is just low pressure flow out of top water outlet holes. Works OK. Overall function of unit is great. Durability TBD

I ordered this to go with our new Moen… I ordered this to go with our new Moen faucet. Husband said that installation was easy. You can pull off the top to refill the bottle, you don't have to unscrew it. Satisfied.
