Excellent Excellent, speedy communication from Edgar. I had two pieces, a pair of shoes and a bag. The shoes were beautifully repaired. The bag had a lot of beading missing, and they tried to source the beads to repairs. I really appreciate the effort. From now on, all of my repairs will be done by Leather Spa.

Dress with broken metal hardware on strap fixed! My favorite dress had broken metal hardware on straps. The screen was completely worn through. I brought to the designer store on Madison avenue. they recommended the leather spa as the only place in NY that could fix it. I was skeptical that anyone could fix it... They not only fixed it, i cannot even tell where it was broken. thank you Leather Spa!

But with that said, it was rectified quickly and the service to help me get that resolved was efficient, professional and my shoes look fabulous. They even refunded me the shipping.
