He went above and beyond to help me when my Austin Air arrived damaged from shipping. After discussing the various manufacturers of the air filters and how each device accomplishes the actual cleansing of the air I made an easy decision and am receiving both air filters weeks ahead of schedule. Received Air Purifier that was not… Received Air Purifier that was not working properly. however, the issue was resolved. Alex was very professional sent replacement Air Purifier immediately. I was very satisfied with end results. Overall I was impressed with there service. I would definitely use there service again, and recommend to a friend.

Great product and awesome service! I recently had bought an Air purifier product from this store. I had zero knowledge about air purifiers but I heard a lot of good things about having it in the house especially when you have a baby.
